Well, they have a 40MHz CPU (a bit faster), and the CPU is on a
daughter board. This can be upgraded to a 60MHz R4400, although these
are getting very rare and seem to be expensive.

One thing I can't remember is if the /200 had a 12.5 MHz turbochannel,
but the /240 definitely has a 25MHz bus.  Anyone else remember what the
/200 has?  I think most (all?) of the 5000/1xx series has a 12.5MHz
turbochannel.

Other than that, they're pretty much the same as the /200.
