This is definitely a software thing.  The /200 I'm playing with at the
moment works fine with a serial console under Ultrix.

I guess it's worth noting that these boxes _aren't_ screamers - they
run a 30MHz R3000 (I think it's 30 MHz - either that or 25MHz).  You
can't mount a disk internally, and they use a funny DEC-specific ECC
RAM module.  I personally like the way DEC hardware is put together,
but it depends on what "cheap" is as to whether I'd shell out the
money...  Maybe one reason to buy on is to try and get one of
everything that NetBSD runs on :-)
