Manuel is correct. But I'm building a 1.2 miniroot and it might be
easier to just fix _that_ to make it work with the  directions as givn.

Aaron, if you could try that with the 1.2 snapshot miniroot from
ftp.netbsd.org or ftp.dsg.stanford.edu -- first with the skip=16, then
without :) -- I'd appreciate it.
