The following lines in ultrix_ioctl.c look awfully wrong to me (239-240):

        bt->c_cc[VSUSP]    = EMUL_TO_NATIVE_CC(st->c_cc[112]);
        bt->c_cc[VDSUSP]   = EMUL_TO_NATIVE_CC(st->c_cc[113]);

That should be 12 and 13 (or better: they should be #defined someplace).
