I'm attempting to build a kernel from sources sup'ed today from
sup.netbsd.org & the compile fails on line 49 of
compat/ultrix/ultrix_ioctl.c because it can't find ultrix_tty.h

Is this supposed to be generated from a script (meaning my kernel config file
is bad) or is this a normal file that's gone missing?  What should I do?
