I can guarantee you that that won't work.   i386 partition information
isn't compatible with pmax partition information.   Hm.   Actually, it
might work, but if it does, it's by accident, not by design.

You could compile the Ultrix version of disklabel for pmax on
NetBSD/i386, and that would probably work, although NetBSD/i386
definitely wouldn't recognize the label.
