I put together a quick summary of how to bootstrap a while ago.  It is
definitely not for the inexperience UNIX person, but it is a starting point
to get a feel for the process.  I imagine that it'll later become a full-
fledge document, but for the moment it'll have to do.

(Question: does the most recent miniroot have a mount_nfs in it?)

Also, the past many months of port-pmax are available in the newsgroup
"hks.lists.netbsd.port-pmax" via NNTP from nntp.hks.net.  At some point,
I'll probably munge them into a searchable webgroup.
