Not really.  You can get a lot done without ever swapping...  People
have had trouble building kernels with less than 16 meg of real
memory, though.  You should remember that NetBSD is a lot less bloated
than Ultrix, which suffered from some heavy feeping creaturism toward
the end, so you can get more done in the same amount of physical
memory.  We're not talking orders of magnitude here, but you probably
have an extra megabyte or two of physical memory available to you
under NetBSD...
