Hi!

During my work with the R4400 port (which seems to be very stable
now) i ran into the following problem. The serial port on my board
is a NS16450 compatible device, without fifos. Problem is that when
i'm running the serial port at high baudrates i get overruns now and
then. I'm currently using splhigh whenever i need to be alone.

So the question is:

Which spl's need to be prioritized, or do they only need to lock
their own level?  E.g must splimp lock out clock etc?
