You'd be better off trying to bring up a NetBSD kernel (e.g., the one
in the snapshot on gregorio.stanford.edu) and do your build there
rather than trying to build NetBSD under Ultrix.

I'm working on generating a new install kernel that might help you
bring your system up; failing that, use the one on gregorio.
