Different 5000s use different memory.   The 5000/2xx all use
interchangable memory, and I believe that the 5000/1xx and 5000/xx can
use the same SIMMs.   I think you can also put 2100 and 3100 SIMMs in
5000/xx and possibly 5000/1xx machines, but I won't swear to it.

If all else fails, you can probably still buy DECstation memory from a
couple of vendors.   I can't remember who off the top of my head, but
I can find out if it's important.
