The loopback filesystem seems to have disappeared, yet the pmax
kernel config files still configure it as an option.

Perhaps it would make senses to remove ``options LOFS'' and comment-in
the ``#options	NULLFS'' that appears in, e.g., pmax/conf/GENERIC.pmax
and pmax/conf/DISKLESS?
