port-pmax: Making NetBSD go on our new toy

I've installed Ultrix on it now, so I'm ready to dig into NetBSD on it.

Will gcc-2.4.3 compile the kernel in a reasonable manner, or should I
get a more recent version?  What versions are ``known to work''?
