Actually, the emulator compiled almost out-of-the-box. The problem is to
make the ethernet adapter to work, it is done for FreeBSD but needs a
bunch of fixes for NetBSD. 
To test-boot NetBSD ethernet is not needed, the emulator can load EXE files
and the linker I wrote outputs in EXE format.
