Yes, they are a lot less frequent for me also, but they still happen.
I've actually been able to run a build on the 1.4.2 sources until
it got a compile error without the panic.  (This is using 1.4O I believe.
I'm not sure how stable 1.4.2 will be, but I'm trying to build it.)

I'll have to admit that I haven't spent any cycles trying to find the
problem yet.  For a while there, find during the daily script always
found the panic.
