I've never tried to use the bootp server in HCL Inetd but I tried some of
the services and couldn't get all of them to work correctly, I've
uninstalled HCL Inetd since.  I'd suggest using vmware to run a virtual
netbsd-i386 on your W2K machine and use that to provide the bootp, tftp and
nfs services to the next.
