I fixed the problem I was having booting the 25Mhz color NeXT.
I was ignoring that the NeXT ROM doesn't report the top 8k of memory.

I uploaded a new kernel binary to
  ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/next68k/19980711/

There are apparently still problems with the ethernet on
Turbo (33 Mhz) machines.  Hopefully, I will be able to debug
those soon.
