Ok, things are wrong:
root-path must not contain host, only path. fixed.
filename gives name of kernel file relative to nfs-root, so either
"/netbsd" or "netbsd"

So, now it mounts nfs and gets the kernel. I see this "Start @ 0x8000"
message, but then I get

Exception: Access Fault (Local Off Board)
and then the CPU registers and so on.

This is with the netbsd.RAMDISK kernel as well as the usual
netbsd.MVME167.

More ideas? I jumoered this one jumper J1 pin1-2 correctly (not connected)
