sgimips64 (o2) w/ 32 bit userland - some issues

hi!

I haven't filed bugs yet as I'm still chasing up a long list of other
weird things, but I did finally boot a 64 bit kernel on 32 bit sgimips
userland.

The short list:

* We're still not probing RAM > 256mb, which on my O2 with 384MB (and
soon 512 or 1024mbyte) is a bit sad :-),
* ntpd child dies, signal 4
* dhcpcd dies, bus error
* reboot causes init to die, signal 4

So yes, there's some weird stuff to still clean up here.
