Ok,

It LOOKS like I had bad RAM. I put a separate set of sticks to
populate 32MB in there and it's not
throwing any ECC errors anymore.

Luckily the MC will throw an interrupt if it sees a sysAD / GIO bus
error and it was consistently
telling me which bank it was. I'll order some more replacement SIMMs
and see if it's still happy
with 256MB of RAM.

Would someone mind committing the cache_r5k.h diff? Or do y'all want
to first resuscitate your
own MIPS hardware to double check the sdcache behaviour? :-)
