Need helps fixing mips issues for netbsd-11

Hey folks, 

we really need some MIPS experts to have a look at fixing the recent
bug reports for mips. There are at least 59064 and 59112 (slightly related
and the latter may be fixed already), 59233, 59234 amd 59236.

This is needed to branch for NetBSD 11 ASAP.

If we can't fix it we will need to switch mips* back to older jemalloc
before branching.
