I don't know what elf2ecoff actually does, but on arc port (which still
uses objcopy) I have to remove more sections (.pdr, .mdebug.abi32 etc.)
on creating ecoff binaries from ELF ones by new binutils-2.15
otherwise kernel is not loaded properly.
