Hi, I'm trying to install NetBSD 1.6 on a NEC MobilePro 750c with a 256Mb CompactFlash but it runs out of
space while extracting the packages.
I made two partitions on the Card, one for the sources and another one to install on. I only have one way to
connect the NEC to a PC, via serial, 'cause I don't have any network card I can use. The problem is that I
only have two ways to copy files to the card: via serial with the NEC software and with a Kodak camera that
has some Windows drivers and let me copy files directly to the card.
So I need a MSDOS partition 'cause is the only way I can take the sources to the NEC; and I need a NetBSD
partition to install the files on.
I'd like to run XWindow on the NEC (server and client), can you please tell me how much space I need to do
this?
Can I copy some packages to the CompactFlash, install them on the NEC, delete them, copy some new ones,
install it and so on to maximize the space for the NetBSD partition?
I know it is a very restricted scenario but I live in Southamerica and is not easy to buy techie things down
here.
Any help would be really apreciated.

FC.
