I've added E-100 and E-500 entries and the version of
pbsdboot.exe is 1.7.1 1999.10.23 now.

Please report whether you succeed to boot or not.

BIFB_D2_M2L_3 means,

  BIFB: Boot Info Frame Buffer
  D2: Depth is 2
  M2L: pixel order is Most significant bit To Least significant bit
  3: white pixel value is 3
