This has been already fixed on Feb 24, I think.
But there are still some Makefiles to be fixed.
At least, I noticed(in 19980301 current source tree):

lib/libarch/Makefile{,.inc} (harmless)
lib/libcompat/Makefile
libexec/ld.elf_so/Makefile
sys/arch/Makefile
usr.bin/Makefile
sys/lib/libkern/Makefile, sys/Makefile (already pointed out)
