Hi Peter
Thanks for the advice... but I cannot disable auto-boot? as this is  
the primary web-/mail-server ..
Which is also the reason that I have to find a solution....
If I am away (customer site.. or whatever) I really am dependent upon  
the system coming up again, if there has been a power-failure.....
