Looks like either your drive is bad or the CD didn't burn properly. If 
MacOS can't read it then OF won't be able to do anything either, it's 
rather picky about these things. So as usual - check your terminators, 
see if you can read other disks in this drive and if other drives can 
read your NetBSD disk.

The finder should tell you, but all NetBSD CDs should use iso9660.
