Thanx VM for the tip and help. But i might missed something..
Why it's a must to have the device OF bootable?
AFAIK Promise Ultra ATA 66 is not OF aware but it works perfectly on
Beige G3 (moreover - I do not need to boot from the controller).
Did i misunderstand a glitch?
