This is probably a different version of that card or something.
If the ID numbers were the same an attachment would be attempted.
Doing the add-device-id-to-tables dance might at least get it
configured.

BTW, I've always wanted to know how to do `pcictl pci0 list/dump`-like
things for cardbus.
