I found my problem. I was using a DVD-Rom drive that worked with
MacOSX, but not well for this installation. I replaced it with an older
CD drive and the installation went well.

I am having a problem running pdisk after booting from the CD.

0 > boot cd:,\ofwboot.xcf

I get a segmentation fault stating that the root filesystem "/" is full.
I'm trying find some documentation to explain this. I have a hard
drive with no hfs or apple partition map partitions on it. This drive
was clean before the install. I want to run pdisk to get the
ofwboot.xcf file onto the hard drive.
