I'm trying to install NetBSD 3.0 on a Power Macintosh G3 beige.

The system boot from the network with:
O> boot enet:,ofwboot.xcf

but the kernel hangs with:
scsibus0: waiting 2 seconds for devices to settle...

What can cause this problem?

I have found a possible PR for this problem macppc/25966, in this PR
there is a suggested workarround:
boot -d
write wdcdebug_mask 0x10
continue

how can I boot from openfirmware with this options?
