I just installed netbsd3.0 RC6 to an IBM disk on a mac8500/150
The boot loader etc work fine, the first sign of any troubble is :
sd0:drive offline
sd0 is scsi bus #1 (scsi-int), id 0, lun (0), and is the only peripheral
on any scsi bus.
/dev exists and is populated by running the MAKEDEV all of 3.0 RC6.
sd0g is /usr
0b is swap
Apple Computer PlanB (undefined subclass 0x00, revision 0x01) at pci1 dev

sd0 at scsibus1 target 0 lun 0: <IBM, DNES-318350, SA30> disk fixed
sd0: drive offline
boot device: sd0
root on sd0a dumps on sd0b
root file system type: ffs
warning: no /dev/console
init: Creating mfs /dev (410 blocks, 1024 inodes)
after much complaining the system comes up, sorta
# df

mfs:8 48 43 3 92% /dev
Any Ideas ?
