What we should perhaps do, to make installing from NetBSD-only
materials possible, is just to have someone with an OSX box generate a
minimal HFS+ image that contains ofwboot.xcf (and maybe a README
explaining what the point is), and include that image in our
distribution. Consider it just a more elaborate "boot block" for
sysinst to install.
