This won't be necessary with 3.x and -current. Not many of these fixes
have been pulled into 2.x as far as I remember. I still keep finding
errors in XFree's ADB map but most should be fixed now.

Sorry, I'm lazy and just use a USB trackball so I'm pretty much clueless
about this. There was a hack that mapped F11 and F12 to the middle and
right mouse button but I forgot how and where. Didn't touch 4.4 for
quite some time either.
