Hello,

I wnted to test some small changes in the kernel (mesh flags) and I also
updated to the latest CVS of the kernel and "config" tool. I needed a
new config (now it moved from usr.sbin to usr.bin).
but when I install it... it is installed in / !


gandalf: {1} make install
#   install  /config
install  -c  -r -o root -g wheel -m 555    config /config


is this normal/intentional ?
