Yes.  Well, call me a cock-eyed optimist.

Just because there are packs of lawyers loosed upon the populace
doesn't mean I have to agree.  That's my point.

I also happen to think that, in extremity, Walls are a Good Idea.  To
which point, I believe, it was Thomas Jefferson who instructed us in
the intent and proper use of the 2nd Amendment.  Something about trees
and patriots.
