Delusions of grandeur. We are a gnat on the side of a bacterium in
the gut of Apple's business plans - there is no harm that can come to
them through our actions, and huge harm (bad press) that can come
through them stepping on us. All we have to avoid with Apple is
doing something that deliberately provokes them - e.g., incorporating
their actual code into NetBSD in a way that violates the APSL.
Anything they really don't want us to know isn't in the APSL codebase
- trust me, I've looked. As it stands, creating an aftermarket for
their machines that can run NetBSD after they stop being supported
with MacOS X is great for Apple, because it provides a path for
people who want to keep old machines and stay modern. If anybody has
reason to worry, it's Terrasoft, but they don't have reason either,
because they are just a bigger gnat in the same place we are.

If you enjoy worrying, go for it, but otherwise I'd suggest you get
on with your life.
