is this something that a petition might help with?  i'd be willing to front
such a task.  this is an absolutely retarded situation and sun really needs
to get their head out of their you know over this.

if *I* was sun, writing the super-cross-platform-language *I* would want to see
it ported to EVERY OS EVER.  bah, suits.
