Just clarify - it is possible that this is not a bootable CD drive with
respect to NetBSD. With OF 1.0.5, the booting is still from the ROM so
the CD drive doesn't have to meet the same requirements for booting
MacOS. Not that this is a guarantee that it'll boot a MacOS CD.
