Seems so. In the iBook it's a fast ( ATA/100 ) and a not so fast ( ATA/33) channel, the harddisk is connected to the fast one, the DVD/CDRW drive hangs on the not so fast one. So in the mini both drives share the same bus? Seems odd. Maybe they didn't have enough room on the tiny mainboard for a 2nd ATA connector?
