Some of the internal airport cards are supported. Though they are not
pcmicia slot but neither USB.

Probably not what you meant,  but just to make sure.

runs pretty well here in an iBook. 

These things also exist on PCI-cards, but I've no idea how that works
out on NetBSD. Being more specific on the hardware you are intending to
use this might help.
