Yes. I've seen a 4x G4 card for 9500-like Macs on ebay recently. It even had 1MB cache for each CPU but seemed to be an odd beast that requires extra software.
You can use an adaptor card to use ZIF modules, there are several with multiple G3 and G4 CPUs, and I'm pretty sure there was at least some Daystar board with two G3s - they're not exactly common though.
