Nope. The patches are all for -current, and this one in particular is 
more of a workaround for wonkiness in XFree86.

XFree86_server_macppc.tar.bz2 is the patched Xserver, compiled from 
xsrc on a 2.0 userland so it should work for you.
The right kernel for you would be netbsd_GENERIC_12_28.bz2 - not quite 
the newest, I guess I'll make a new one as soon as the S900 is idle 
again.
