Skimming over if_mc.c, if_bm.c, and if_gm.c, these drivers could
really stand to see an introduction to bus_dma(9).  It might also
be instructive to look at a different driver as a model.

I think src/sys/dev/pci/if_pcn.c is pretty straight-forward, as
these things go.
