Yeah, you got all the interrupt fixes. The old code lost lots of 
interrupts - unusable serials, massive packet loss and all that were 
the nasty side-effects.

Still WAY too slow.
I guess I'll make a new kernel and this time include Tim's media switch 
patch.

Now that's STRANGE, but I wouldn't complain about it :)
I don't have the faintest idea either, but this rate is more or less 
the maximum you can expect from the mc. Lets hope it stays that way.
