Slots 3 through 6 share an interrupt--the interrupt normally used by 
slot 3 (or C) in an Apple machine.   Slots 1 and 2 have their own 
separate interrupts.

Unfortunately, I don't have any insight to your question, but thought 
this detail might help others.
