the 7200 and the 8200 had a 601/601+ (dependend from clock speed, there
were 75MHz, 90MHz, and 120MHz versions for the 7200; the 8200 was
available in 100MHz and 120MHz flavours) soldered onto their mainboard.
IIRC there were 'turboboards' (mainly G3) available for the L2 Cache
slot, but this lacks importance here ;)

the 7500 had it's 100MHz 601 sitting on a daughtercard; it was renamed
7600 when switching over to 604 CPUs (which had 120MHz or 132MHz). the
7300 was the successor to the 7600, which from now on lacked the
built-in AV-hardware (which was video-in only IIRC on the 7500 and the
7600), but had 166MHz and 200MHz 604e.

yip, the 6100/7100/8100 in all their versions were NuBus machines.

the first Power Mac sporting PCI slots (then a whole whopping six of
them ;) was the 9500, which came out 1995, with 120MHz and 132MHz 604.
