Out of curiosity, but was output device filled in?

Try "screen" instead. Some models that far back will have that alias.

that will display your OF device tree in MacOS. Find

/aliases

open it, go donw the main tree and find

/bandit/@F4000000

open it, and then save. Post the file, and I'll use it for some
explanatory material.
