Waking up this morning, I found the 6500 sitting in ddb.. I only got a
partial backtrace, but here it is:

it seems to have happened quite soon after I disconnected the console
and went to bed, with it compiling xfce4. Doh.

XFree86 4.3 still warns about the memory and produces artifacts and
freezes in twm when moving a window (xterm, xclock respectively).=20
blackbox doesn't even start
