Yes or no, you can choose (in 10.3)

That's what I did for my build partition. The problem was for the web
directory :-)
And, BTW, for those afraid by UFS : yes, it is awful with MacOSX, but
for Unix-only stuff, it works like a charm. I run a news spool for 3
years on an UFS partition on 10.1, then 10.2
